Kyle Jones Baker, Principal

Kyle Baker is a Principal in Greentech Capital Advisors’ San Francisco office and is responsible for coverage of west coast-based companies, including venture capital and private equity firms.  She has broad expertise across renewable energy and Sustainable Infrastructure sectors having worked as an M&A and private placement advisor in the sector for five years.  She has sector expertise across Sustainable Infrastructure sectors, including smart grid, solar, wind and biofuels.  Kyle co-leads Greentech Capital Advisors’ efforts in smart grid, energy efficiency and demand response and is an expert in these areas.

Prior to joining Greentech Capital Advisors, Kyle was in Morgan Stanley’s Cleantech Banking team, based in London. While at Morgan Stanley, she developed industry, regulatory and valuation expertise across renewable energy and Sustainable Infrastructure sectors.

Kyle holds a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management and a Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies, as well as undergraduate degrees in Biology and Natural Resource Economics from the University of Michigan.  Prior to her graduate studies, she was an environmental consultant.
