Jessica Assaraf, Vice President of Finance

Jessica is the Vice President of Finance at Greentech Capital Advisors and is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting and tax matters, FINRA regulations, compliance and the internal control structure.  Prior to joining Greentech Capital Advisors, Jessica worked in the Banking and Capital Markets division of the Assurance practice at Ernst & Young in New York.

While at Ernst & Young, Jessica worked as an auditor on both public and private institutional clients including UBS Investment Bank and Rabobank International. She had in-depth exposure to US GAAP and IFRS based financial statements and audited the conversion of the financials from one set of reporting standards to the other. Jessica worked extensively with US and International accounting standards as well as SEC reporting requirements.

Jessica graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting. Jessica is a Certified Public Accountant and her extensive accounting experience has provided her with a solid foundation to best support the operations of Greentech Capital Advisors.
