Carol da Silva, Operations Manager

Carol is the Operations Manager for the New York office. She is responsible for a variety of HR, IT, PR and other Infrastructure Tasks, including managing the on-boarding resources, office expansion and supplier relationships to ensure that the business runs smoothly. Carol developed and deployed the company’s Salesforce CRM in 2011 and is a certified CRM Administrator.

Carol joined Greentech Capital Advisors from Citigroup Global Markets where she worked for the Latin America and Financial Technology Groups within the Financial Institutions Group.

She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Baruch College with a degree in Operations Management. Throughout her college career, she was the president of Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society. Carol has an international background and is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish.

For the past 10 years she has been a dedicated volunteer of The Icla Da Silva Foundation helping patients in need of bone marrow transplants by coordinating bone marrow drives and special fundraising events.
