Chiara Volta, Executive Assistant

Chiara is an executive assistant at Greentech Capital Advisors to Partner, Heather Smith.

Prior to Greentech Capital Advisors, she was the Executive Assistant to the Global Head of the Industrial Group at Citigroup Global Markets in London, UK. In this position, she focused on the global automotive sector, supporting M&A transactions in Europe, the US and Asia, and was responsible for monitoring and summarizing developments in key markets related to automotive deals. She also worked for three years at Citigroup in Paris, France, supporting the Financial Institutions Group.

Chiara is from Milan, Italy, where she graduated cum laude in foreign languages and literature from the Istituto Universitario di Lingue Moderne. She holds a degree in translation with a specialization in computer software localization. Before moving to New York, she has lived and worked in the UK, France, the Netherlands and Italy. She is fluent in French and Italian.

With her European heritage, Chiara is particularly sensitive to environmental issues and is excited about being involved in the firm’s leading edge efforts in the greening of the world.
