Richard Schwartz, Associate

Richie Schwartz is an Associate based in the New York office of Greentech Capital Advisors. He covers multiple sectors in the alternative energy and clean technology space and advises clients on M&A, private placement, and project finance transactions. Richie offers expertise in valuation, returns, and capital structure analyses as well as experience from global transactions. He has executed cross-border deals with companies based in North America, Europe, and Latin America.

Prior to joining Greentech Capital Advisors, Richie worked in Citi’s Global Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group. At Citi, Richie advised some of the largest financial companies in the world and completed transactions with an aggregate value over $19 billion.

Richie graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College with a BA in History and Science and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He was also awarded an interdisciplinary Certificate of Mind/Brain/Behavior by the Faculty of Arts and Sciences.
