Rahul Bansal, Associate

Rahul Bansal has broad experience within the alternative energy and cleantech industries, with a particular focus on the power infrastructure and smart grid sectors. He has advised several transactions in this space for both buy-side and sell-side clients. He is based in Greentech Capital Advisors’ Zürich office and works with cleantech companies and investors throughout Europe, advising clients on M&A, private placement, and project finance transactions.

Prior to joining Greentech Capital Advisors, Rahul worked at Citi Global Markets in their Investment Banking Division providing strategic analysis and capital structure alternatives to clients in the telecommunications sector. During that time Rahul worked on a number of significant cross-border transactions.

Rahul graduated with honors from Georgetown University with a BA in Finance and Accounting and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma.
