Nataly Taranova, Associate

Nataly Taranova is an Associate based in the Zurich office of Greentech Capital Advisors. She covers multiple sectors in the alternative energy and clean technology space and advises clients on M&A, private placement, and project finance transactions. Nataly offers expertise in valuation, financial modeling, and deal structuring as well as experience from global transactions.

Nataly joined Greentech Capital Advisors from the M&A department of UBS Investment Bank in Zurich. At UBS, Nataly executed multiple sell-side and buy-side cross-border deals with companies from a variety of industries based in Europe, the Middle East and North America.

Prior to UBS, Nataly worked at Siemens AG in Germany and Switzerland in several divisions: Corporate Finance M&A, the ICD Financial Department, and VAS Com (Managed Services Business Unit) in Communication branch.

Nataly holds a Masters of Science in Finance and Investments from RSM Erasmus University, Rotterdam, The Netherlands, a Masters of Arts in Strategy and International Management from University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and a Bachelors of Science in Economics from University of Neuchatel , Switzerland. She graduated from each University with honors. Prior to obtaining her Bachelors, Nataly co-founded and led a non-profit student organization and competed as a professional ballroom dancer.
