Eric Winters, Associate

Eric Winters, based in the San Francisco office, has focused his efforts at Greentech Capital Advisors on the solar, wind and water industries, specializing in both M&A advisory as well as private placements. Eric joined Greentech as an Associate after several years of transaction advisory experience for buy-side, sell-side, and hostile defense clients.

Eric began his career as an Analyst for the M&A Group at Credit Suisse AG. While at Credit Suisse he advised clients across a variety of industries, with transactions announced in the industrial, financial and healthcare sectors.

Eric graduated from Wesleyan University with a BA in Mathematics-Economics and has additionally completed coursework in corporate finance, accounting and valuation. While at Wesleyan, Eric served as co-captain of the varsity men’s basketball team, head student manager for the Wesleyan Fund and as a volunteer tutor to middle school students.
