Alex Stein, Associate

Alex Stein is an Associate at Greentech Capital Advisors. Since joining, Alex has specialized in the biogas, electric vehicle and waste-to-energy sectors. Alex’s transaction experience with Greentech Capital Advisors spans the Firm’s product offerings and includes M&A advisory, private placement advisory and restructuring advisory.

Prior to Greentech Capital Advisors, Alex was a financial analyst with Houlihan Lokey in their Financial Advisory Services group in New York. While at Houlihan, Alex provided corporate and financial sponsor clients with transaction advisory and valuation consulting services. His work helped corporate decision makers, boards of directors and C-level executives understand issues of value, liquidity, control and solvency.

Alex is excited to apply his years of corporate finance experience to helping world class companies solve today’s energy and resources challenges.

Alex graduated with honors from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Consulting & Venture Management.
