Aaron Figura, Associate

Aaron Figura works closely with senior bankers at Greentech Capital Advisors to advise clients on M&A transactions and private capital raises across the Sustainable Infrastructure and renewable power generation sectors. Aaron’s primary responsibilities include deal execution, strategic assessment and valuation analysis.

Prior to joining Greentech Capital Advisors, Aaron was a private equity analyst in an estate backed family office with approximately $100 million of invested capital. In this role, Aaron was responsible for valuing, managing, and repositioning the estate’s interest in various illiquid investments across a range of asset classes. Aaron was also in charge of sourcing and qualifying distressed business investment opportunities, including providing mezzanine financing and equity infusions to struggling businesses in the lower-mid market.

Aaron began his career as an Analyst in the Global Healthcare Group at UBS Investment Bank. While at UBS, he analyzed and executed transactions including debt and equity offerings, acquisitions, corporate break-ups, and leveraged buyouts for both strategic and financial sponsor clients.

Aaron received a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University, where he majored in International Business and minored in Economics. Aaron is a CFA Level III Candidate and a dedicated endurance athlete.
